8 Delivery8
Delivery is assured on all France as well as in some European states which you can consult on Delivery are performed by conveyors chosen by Cristal-Mode.fr. The client will have to support expenses of harbour a ccording to the value of order and of place of delivery. The rates of delivery can be consulted on Cristal-Mode.fr.
Deliveries are made under delay 6 - 10 days, except particular case, from the reception of the payment.
The date of delivery is applicable provided that all the products are in supply and provided that the realisation of order does not ask for a particular treatment (motive to be revised, impression complicated to accomplish). In the case of an impossibility, the client will be informed by email in 24 hours that his order is not accomplishable for these delays. A new delay will be offered to him.No refund of additional cost linked to manufacture immediately will be able to be asked if the date of delivery pointed out is exceeded.This delivery time is to count after the acceptance of the payment. In any hypothesis, the delivery time could not exceed 30 days as from the confirmation of order by email to the client. In case of overtaking of the border of delivery of more than 7 (seven) days, the client will be able to cancel his order by registered letter with opinion of reception addressed at following address : Cristal-Mode.fr - Service client, 12 rue d’Arcueil, 92120 MONTROUGE.
All products are delivered at the client's at delivery pointed out during order.
Delivery is reputed performed at the first presentation by the conveyor to the client of the ordered products.
 9 Problem of deliveryAny claim will have to be imperatively signalled to Cristal-Mode.fr in 2 (two) next working days the date of delivery. Any claim formulated beyond this delay will be rejected. This claim will be formulated by email at address serviceclient@cristal-mode.fr or by post mail at following address : Cristal-Mode.fr – Customer service, 12 rue d’Arcueil, 92120 MONTROUGE.
To be accepted, any return will have to be signalled in anticipation to the customer service of Cristal-Mode.fr. In case error is proved to be, expenses back are supported by Cristal-Mode.fr. They are moved forward by the client and reimbursed on production of a bill mentioning said expenses of expedition.Pour être accepté, tout retour devra être signalé au préalable au service Client de Cristal-Mode.fr.
Cristal-Mode.fr will not be able to be kept representative for any delay or non-delivery due to a stock shortage, to a delay or to a defect of supply by his supplier, to a case of force majeure, to a strike at his supplier, his conveyor, every intermediary either in case of disturbance of postal services, means of transport, communications, or in case of inundation, for fire or quite other involuntary reason.
